គម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (CASDP) ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការជាមួយធនាគារពិភពលោក គាំទ្រអនុគម្រោងកែលម្អអាងស្តុកទឹក និងប្រព័ន្ធបូមទឹកក្រោមដីប្រើថាមពលសូឡា បានក្លាយជាជម្រើសមួយសម្រាប់ប្រព័ន្ធស្រោចស្រពខ្នាតតូចសម្រាប់សហគមន៍កសិកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានយើង ដើម្បីកែលម្អផលិតកម្មស្លឹកគ្រៃ។
គម្រោងត្រូវបានអនុម័តក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើនការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកសម្រាប់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ដែលកំពុងប្រឈមនឹងការខ្វះខាតទឹកដែលបណ្តាលមកពីការប្រែប្រួលនៃរបបទឹកភ្លៀង និងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ តាមរយៈការសាងសង់ និងការស្តារឡើងវិញនូវប្រព័ន្ធចែកចាយទឹកខ្នាតតូចប្រើថាមពលពន្លឺព្រះអាទិត្យសម្រាប់ផលិតកម្មស្លឹកគ្រៃ។ ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ជាអង្គភាពអនុវត្តអនុគម្រោងចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំតាំងក្រសាំង ស្រុកបាធាយ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។
តាមផែនការ សហគមន៍កសិកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានយើងបានស្នើរសុំ៖ (១) ស្ដារស្រះទំហំ ៤៦ ម៉ែត្រ គុណនឹង ២៦ ម៉ែត្រ ជម្រៅ ៣ ម៉ែត្រ ដោយក្រាលកៅស៊ូតង់ការពារជម្រាប ដែលមានសមត្ថភាពស្តុកទឹកបានប្រហែល ២៧០០ម៉ែត្រគូប, (២) ខួងអណ្ដូងចំនួន២កន្លែង ដែលមានជម្រៅចន្លោះពី ៧៥ម៉ែត្រទៅ១២៥ម៉ែត្រ ដោយភ្ជាប់ជាមួយម៉ូទ័របូមទឹកដើរដោយថាមពលពន្លឺព្រះអាទិត្យ ដែលប៉ាន់ស្មានថានឹងអាចបូមទឹកបានយ៉ាងតិចប្រមាណ ៧ម៉ែត្រគូបក្នុងមួយម៉ោង សម្រាប់អណ្ដូងនីមួយៗ។
អនុគម្រោងនេះនឹងអាចជួយស្រោចស្រពដំណាំស្លឹកគ្រៃរបស់សមាជិកសហគមន៍ក្នុងផ្ទៃដីប្រមាណ ២៥ហិចតា សង្ឃឹមថានឹងធានាបាននិរន្តរភាពរយៈពេលវែងសម្រាប់ផលិតកម្មស្លឹកគ្រៃ។

With the support of the Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP), in collaboration with the World Bank, a sub-project for improving reservoirs and groundwater pumping solar system may be an alternative for small-scale irrigation for Aphivath Molthan Yeung Agricultural Cooperative to improve lemongrass production.
The approved project aims to increase the water supply for a cooperative facing water shortage induced by rainfall variability and higher temperatures by building and rehabilitating solar-powered small-scale water distribution systems for its lemongrass. The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MoWRAM) implemented the sub-project from July 5, 2024, to December 29, 2024, located in Tang Krasaing Commune, Batheay District, Kampong Cham Province.
The plan calls for (i) restoring a pond 46 * 26 meters and 3 meters deep, with a rubber mat, a protective tent, and a storage capacity of about 2,700 cubic meters, and (ii) connecting two wells with a depth between 75 and 125 meters to a solar-powered pump motor, estimated to pump at least seven cubic meters per hour for each well.
With its potential to irrigate the lemongrass of cooperative members in an area of about 25 hectares, this sub-project promises a more sustainable and prosperous future.
