សិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា នៅខេត្តកណ្តាល

នៅថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៧រោច ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំជូត ទោស័ក ព.ស២៥៦៤ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ នៅខេត្តកណ្តាល, គម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយលើកដំបូងនៅថ្នាក់ខេត្ត (មន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តកណ្តាល) ក្រោមអធិបតី លោក បណ្ឌិត សរ ចិត្រា អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងជានាយកគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា និងលោក ប៊ុនទួន ស៊ីម៉ូណា ប្រធានមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ នេសាទខេត្តកណ្តាល។ គោលបំណងនៃសិក្ខាសាលាដើម្បី៖
(១) ផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានគម្រោងទៅដល់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ក្រុមផលិត កសិ-ធុរកិច្ចខ្នាតតូច និងមធ្យម អ្នកប្រមូលទិញផលិតផលកសិកម្ម ម្ចាស់កសិដ្ឋានចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ ម្ចាស់សត្តឃាតដ្ឋាន ម្ចាស់កសិដ្ឋានចិញ្ចឹមត្រី អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធនៅក្នុងតំបន់គោលដៅ។
(២) ផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មាននៃការគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញប្បទានរបស់គម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា រួមមានហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណងបំពេញបន្ថែមទុនវិនិយោគ និងឥណទានពីគ្រឹះស្ថានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឯកជនដល់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់។
(៣) កំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណរបស់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ក្រុមផលិត កសិ-ធុរកិច្ចខ្នាតតូច និងមធ្យម និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីរៀបចំសំណើពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្ម និងផែនការអាជីវកម្ម ដែលនឹងទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណងពីគម្រោង និងពីគ្រឹះស្ថានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឯកជន។
(៤) ផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានគាំពារបរិស្ថាន និងសង្គម រួមទាំងលើកកម្ពស់យេនឌ័រ។
សមាភាពដែលអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះមកពីតំណាងពីក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ មន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ នេសាទខេត្តសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ក្រុមផលិត ម្ចាស់កសិ-ធុរកិច្ចខ្នាតតូច និងមធ្យម អ្នកប្រមូលទិញផលិតផលកសិកម្ម អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុនអ្នកផ្តល់សេវាបច្ចេកទេស ARD និងសហការីអនុវត្តគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជានៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ។
On Friday October 9th 2020, Kandal Province, the Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP) organized its first provincial-level dissemination workshop at Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Kandal, presided over by Dr. Sar Chetra, Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries and Director of Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project Diversification Project and attended by Mr.Buntuon Simona, Director of Kandal Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. The workshop objectives include:
(1) to disseminate project information among agricultural cooperatives, producer organizations, SME/SMA, farm product buyers/collectors, livestock farm owners, slaughterhouse owners, fish farm owners, local authorities and other stakeholders in the target areas.
(2) to inform about the project’s financing support that includes grants to supplement investment capital as well as Matching Grant and loans from participating financial institutions (PFI) for Agriculture Cooperatives (ACs), Producer Organizations (POs) and their members.
(3) to identify interested agricultural cooperatives, producer organizations, collectors, owners of SME/SMA, livestock farms, slaughterhouses, fish farms who may come with their proposals on agricultural diversification and business plans to get Matching Grant and loans from PFI.
(4) to disseminate information about environmental and social safeguards, and gender mainstreaming.
This workshop was participated by representatives from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, the Ministry of Rural Development, the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Kandal, agricultural cooperatives, producer organizations, farm product buyers/collectors, owners of SME/SMA, livestock farms, slaughterhouse and fish farm, local authorities, representatives from technical service providers (TSP-ARD) and colleagues from CASDP of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
