នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៣រោច ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំជូត ទោស័ក ព.ស២៥៦៤ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ គម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project-CASDP) ដែលផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានដោយធនាគារពិភពលោក និងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចសន្យាផ្តល់សេវាបច្ចេកទេសជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន អេស ប៊ី ខេ (SBK R & D) ដែលជាតំណាងភ្នាក់ងារផ្តល់សេវាបច្ចេកទេស (Technical Service Provider-TSP) បន្ថែមលើអង្គការសកម្មភាពស្រាវជ្រាវនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (ARD) ដែលត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខានាថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ កន្លងទៅនេះ។ ភ្នាក់ងារផ្តល់សេវាបច្ចេកទេស (TSP) នឹងត្រូវអនុវត្តនៅតំបន់មួយ រួមមានខេត្តបាត់ដំបង និងសៀមរាប និងតំបន់ពីរ រួមមានខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ស្ទឹងត្រែង រតនគីរី មណ្ឌលគិរី ក្រចេះ និងខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ។ ភ្នាក់ងារផ្តល់សេវាបច្ចេកទេស នឹងគាំទ្រដល់ការរៀបចំ និងការអនុវត្តខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃកសិកម្មដែលត្រូវបានធ្វើពិពិធកម្ម រៀបចំយុទ្ធនាការបង្កើនការយល់ដឹង គាំទ្រដល់ការបង្កើតក្រុមអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្រុមផលិត (Producer Organizations-POs) សហគ្រាសកសិកម្មខ្នាតតូច និងមធ្យម (SMA) ផ្ដល់ជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសក្នុងការ រៀបចំ និងការវាយតម្លៃផែនការពិពិធកម្ម (Diversification Plan-DPl) សម្រាប់សំណើពិពិធកម្ម (Diversification Proposal-DPr) ដែលត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើស។
At the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries on the afternoon of Friday, August 7, 2020, the Cambodian Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP) signed the Services Contract with SBK Research and Development Co., Ltd (SBK R & D) in providing the technical services to the CASDP Project, apart from Action for Research and Development Organization (ARD) had been signed on 31st July 2020. The Technical Service Provider (TSP) will be provided the technical services in the target areas of zone 1 including Battambang and Siem Reap, and zone 2 including Preah Vihear, Stung Treng, Rattanakiri, Mondulkiri, Kratie and Tboumg Khmoum. The TSP will be responsible for supporting the preparation and implementation of diversified agricultural value chains, awareness raising campaigns, support for teaming up of stakeholders, Producer Organizations (POs), Small and Medium Agribusinesses (SMAs), buyers/larger agribusinesses, composition of teams and commercial agreements, support for the preparation and evaluation of Diversification Plan (DPl) for Diversification Proposal (DPr) to be selected for technical support and implementation support.
