សិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា នៅខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង

នាថ្ងៃពុធ ៥រោច ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំជូត ទោស័ក ព.ស២៥៦៤ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ នៅក្រោមគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយលើកដំបូងនៅថ្នាក់ខេត្ត (មន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង) ក្រោមអធិបតីលោក ណុប សុភឿន ប្រធានការិយាល័យត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃគម្រោង នៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃគម្រោង CASDP លោក ណយ សុភិរម្យ អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង និង លោក ឌី សេសីវីរៈ មន្ត្រីកសិពាណិជ្ជកម្មខ្នាត តូច និងមធ្យម នៃអង្គភាពអនុវត្តុគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្ម នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ គោលបំណងនៃសិក្ខាសាលាដើម្បី៖ (១)ផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានគម្រោងទៅសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម
ក្រុមផលិត កសិ-ធុរកិច្ចខ្នាតតូច និងមធ្យម អ្នកប្រមូលទិញផលិតផលកសិកម្ម ម្ចាស់កសិដ្ឋានចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ ម្ចាស់សត្តឃាតដ្ឋាន ម្ចាស់កសិដ្ឋានចិញ្ចឹមត្រី អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធនៅក្នុងតំបន់គោលដៅ (២) ផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មាននៃការគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញប្បទានរបស់គម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា រួមមានហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណងបំពេញបន្ថែមទុនវិនិយោគ និងឥណទានពីគ្រឹះស្ថានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឯកជនដល់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ (៣) កំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណរបស់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ក្រុមផលិត កសិ-ធុរកិច្ចខ្នាតតូច និងមធ្យម និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីរៀបសំណើធ្វើពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្ម និងផែនការអាជីវកម្ម ដែលនឹងទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានពីគម្រោង និងពីគ្រឹះស្ថានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឯកជន និង (៤)ផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានគាំពារបរិស្ថាន និងសង្គម រួមទាំងលើកកម្ពស់យេនឌ័រ។ សមាភាពចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះអញ្ជើញមកពីតំណាងពីក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រសួងធនធានទឹកនិងឧតុនិយម ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ មន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ នេសាទខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ក្រុមផលិត ម្ចាស់កសិ-ធុរកិច្ចខ្នាតតូច និងមធ្យម អ្នកប្រមូលទិញផលិតផលកសិកម្ម អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុនអ្នកផ្តល់សេវាបច្ចេកទេសSBK និងសហការីអនុវត្តគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជានៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ។
On Wednesday, October 7, 2020, the Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP), funded by the World Bank and the Royal Government of Cambodia, organized its first provincial-level dissemination workshop at Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Steung Treng, presided over by Mr. Nob Sophoeun, Chief officer M&E of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries and M&E Team leader of Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project and attended by Mr. Noy Sophyrom Deputy Director of PDAFF of Steung Treng and Mr. Dy Sereyvireak, Small and Medium Agribusiness Officer, Ministry of Economy and Finance- CASDP's Implementation Unit, The workshop objectives include: (1) to disseminate project information among agricultural cooperatives, producer organizations, SME/SMA, farm product buyers/collectors, livestock farm owners, slaughterhouse owners, fish farm owners, local authorities and other stakeholders in the target areas; (2) to inform about the project’s financing support that includes grants to supplement investment capital as well as Matching Grant and loans from participating financial institutions (PFI) for Agriculture Cooperatives (ACs), Producer Organizations (POs) and their members; (3) to identify interested agricultural cooperatives, producer organizations, collectors, owners of SME/SMA, livestock farms, slaughterhouses, fish farms who may come with their proposals on agricultural diversification and business plans to get Matching Grant and loans from PFI; and (4) to disseminate information about environmental and social safeguards, and gender mainstreaming. This workshop was participated by representatives from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, the Ministry of Rural Development, the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Steung Treng, agricultural cooperatives, producer organizations, farm product buyers/collectors, owners of SME/SMA, livestock farms, slaughterhouse and fish farm, local authorities, representatives from technical service providers (TSP-SBK) and colleagues from CASDP of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
