នៅថ្ងៃទី ៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ តាមសំណើរបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្រុមការងារបេសកកម្មរបស់ធនាគារពិភពលោក សហការជាមួយការិយាល័យសម្របសម្រួលគម្រោងនៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ (MAFF) បានសម្របសម្រួលផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសដល់ការងារក្រុមបេសកកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ដើម្បីវាយតម្លៃហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវកសិកម្ម ដើម្បីពិនិត្យពីស្ថានភាពវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការសាងសង់ផ្លូវជនបទចំនួនបីខ្សែរ សម្រាប់សហករណ៍កសិកម្មចំនួនបី៖ (១) សហគមន៍កសិកម្មស្ទឹងត្រង់សែនជ័យ មានទីតាំងនៅក្នុងស្រុកស្ទឹងត្រង់សែនជ័យ (ii) សហគមន៍កសិកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្រុកយើង មានមូលដ្ឋាននៅស្រុកព្រៃឈរ និង (iii) សហគមន៍កសិកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានយើង ស្ថិតនៅស្រុកបាធាយ នៃខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។
បេសកកម្មនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំក្នុងគោលបំណងប្រមូលទិន្នន័យ និងព័ត៌មានស្តីពីវឌ្ឍនភាពស្ថាបនាផ្លូវកសិកម្មចំនួនបីក្រោមគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (CASDP) ដើម្បីផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ទិន្នន័យ និងព័ត៌មានផ្សេងទៀត តាមរយៈការសង្កេត និងជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយសមាជិកសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗផ្សេងទៀត។
អញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នងបេសសកកម្មនោះដេររួមមាន តំណាងមកពីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ធនាគារពិភពលោក អ្នកម៉ៅការ និងទីប្រឹក្សាជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។

On 5 November 2023, and at the request of the Ministry of Rural Development, the World Bank Mission Team, in close cooperation with the Project Coordination Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), provided essential technical support for the implementation of the annual mission to assess agricultural roads infrastructures to determine the status of progress updated of constructions of three rural roads for the three Agricultural Cooperatives: (i) Steung Trang Sen Chey Agricultural Cooperative located in Steung Trang Sen Chey district, (ii) Aphivath Srok Yeung Agricultural Cooperative based in Prey Chhor district, and (iii) Aphivath Molthan Yeung Agriculture Cooperative in Batheay district, where all are in Kampong Cham province.
Field visits were prepared for collecting data and information from three agricultural roads under CASDP and then verifying them by matching them with other data and information, as well as through field observations and meetings with cooperative members and independent vital informants.
The field mission team members included representatives from the Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the World Bank, contractors, and national and international consultants.
