នៅដើមខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រុមការងារគាំពារបរិស្ថាន និងសង្គមបានចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យបឋមវាយតម្លៃផលប៉ះពាល់ បរិស្ថាន និងសង្គមលើសំណើជួសជុលផ្លូវ១ ខ្សែ ប្រវែង៤ គីឡូម៉ែត្រ នៅសហគមន៍កសិកម្មបន្លែចម្រុះជាយក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺ ក្នុងភូមិចំការដូង សង្កាត់ច្បារមន ក្រុងច្បារមន ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។

តាមរបាយការណ៍អង្កេតផ្នែកបរិស្ថាន និងសង្គមបានឱ្យដឹងថា សមាជិកសហគមន៍កសិកម្មដែលអាស្រ័យផលលើផ្លូវនេះមានចំនួន២០០នាក់ មានផ្ទៃដីសរុបជាង១០០ហិចតា។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន សមាជិកសហគមន៍ផលិតបន្លែចម្រុះក្នុងបរិមាណ១៨០ តោន សម្រាប់រយៈពេល៦ខែ និងអាចលក់បាន ២៥០០ រៀលក្នុងមួយគីឡូក្រាម។

In October 2023, the Environmental and Social Safeguarding team conducted a preliminary impact assessment for the construction of a rural road with 4 km proposed by Banle Chamros Cheaykrong Kampong Speu located in Chamkar Dong village, Sangkat Chbar Morn, Chbar Morn city, Kampong Speu province.
The mission aimed to monitor and collect information for the environmental and social impact assessment reports on the rural road improvement sub-project for preparing legal documents before the project implementation. During the mission, the team met with cooperative members as beneficiaries, local authorities, and families living along the proposed construction of a rural road, which will be improved into a DBST road with 4 km.
According to the Environmental and Social Survey, 200 cooperative members will benefit from the proposed rural road improvement, covering more than 100 hectares. AC members can produce 180 tons of vegetables for six months and sell 2,500 riel per kilogram. This road is expected to help the community quickly access the main road and transport agricultural products to the market, reduce costs, and increase income for the community.
