នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែតុលា ២០២៣ ក្រុមការងារអនុវត្តគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជានៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទបានចុះពិនិត្យ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់តម្រូវការ និងលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការចូលរួមជាបដិភាគដេីម្បីទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណងបំពេញបន្ថែមទុនវិនិយោគ (៤០%) របស់សហគមន៍កសិកម្មទឹកហូតមានជ័យក្តីសង្ឃឹម ស្ថិតនៅឃុំទឹកហូត ស្រុករលៀប្អៀរ ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ក្រោយពីទទួលបានការអនុម័តលេីផែនការពិពិធកម្មពង្រីកផលិតកម្មខ្ទឹមស្លឹក ដោយគណៈកម្មការប្រឹក្សាយោបល់និងអនុម័ត។ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមនាឱកាសនោះមាន លោក ហុក គឹមធួន អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការ និងស្ថិតិនៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងជាប្រធានគម្រោង CASDP នៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ (MAFF) លោកស្រី ចំរើន មុទិតា ប្រធានក្រុមការងារគម្រោង CASDP របស់ធនាគារពិភពលោក និងសហការី និងភ្នាក់ងារអនុវត្តគម្រោងមាន ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ តំណាងមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម មន្រ្តីអនុវត្តគម្រោង និងសមាជិកសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម។

On October 20, 2023, the team of Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) met with representatives from Teuk Hout Meanchey Kdey Sangkheum Agriculture Cooperative to understand the financial situation and confirm their need and budget contribution to receive the matching grant of a 40% after the Advisory and Endorsement Committee has endorsed the diversification plan for the improvement of garlic leaves production. The meeting was held at the cooperative's office in Teuk Hout commune, Rolea Pa'ea district, Kampong Chnang province attended the meeting, including Mr. Hok Kimthourn, Deputy Director of the Planning and Statistics Department, MAFF, and CASDP Manager, Mrs. Chamroeun Mudita, WB-CASDP Team leader and her colleagues, representatives Implementing Agencies such as Ministry of Economic and Finance, Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Rural Development, PDAFF, project staff, and cooperative members.
