ភ្នំពេញ៖ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ កាំបូឌីយ៉ាណា ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ការិយាល័យសម្របសម្រួលគម្រោង (PCO) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពបន្ថែមដល់មន្ត្រីមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទខេត្ត និងសមាជិកសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម (A.C.s) ដើម្បីផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹង និងពិភាក្សាផ្តោតលើ "ការអនុវត្តផែនការពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្ម (DPLs) និងផែនការធុរកិច្ច (BPLs) ក៏ដូចជាជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសសម្រាប់ភ្នាក់ងារទាំងអស់យកទៅអនុវត្តឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ជាពិសេស ចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍លើកិច្ចគាំពារសុវត្ថិភាពសង្គម និងបរិស្ថាន ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ កិច្ចលទ្ធកម្ម និងការអនុវត្តជំនួយបន្ថែមទុនវិនិយោគពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត ដល់អ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន១១៧ នាក់ ដែលបានកំពុងអនុវត្តគម្រោង។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានបង្ហាញ និងពិភាក្សាដោយវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគម្រោងរួមមាន៖ ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត យ៉ង សាំងកុមារ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងជាអនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាស្តារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យកសិកម្ម និងជនបទ និងជារដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត ហ៊ាន វណ្ណហន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំតម្រង់ទិសគម្រោង CASDP, លោកជំទាវ ចំរើន មុទិតា ប្រធានក្រុមការងារគម្រោង CASDP ធនាគារពិភពលោកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា លោកបណ្ឌិត សរ ចិត្រា អគ្គលេខាធិការរងក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងជានាយកគម្រោង CASDP និងទីប្រឹក្សាគម្រោង CASDP បានពិភាក្សាអំពីហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ កិច្ចគាំពារសង្គម និងបរិស្ថាន ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ កិច្ចលទ្ធកម្ម និងឥណទាន។ សិក្ខាសាលាបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោរលូនរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ ហើយការពិភាក្សាបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា។

Phnom Penh: from Friday to Saturday, 19-20 May 2023, the Project Coordination Office (PCO) organized a training and capacity-building workshop for Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (PDAFF) officials and members of Agricultural Cooperative (A.C.s) who already signed a matching grant with Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP) on "the Implementation of DPLs and BPLs, technical support for the proper application of matching grant" to increase awareness and build capacity as well as gain additional knowledge and experiences related to social and environmental safeguards, finance, procurement and another related matching grant to 117 participants who are directly implementing the project at Cambodiana Hotel, Phnom Penh.
The workshop was presented and discussed by honored speakers such as H.E. Yang Saing Koma, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, and as Secretary of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and Vice Chairman of CARDI, H.E. Dr. HEAN Vanhan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. As Steering Committee for CASDP, H.E. Lok Chumteav Chamroeun Mudita, CASDP Team leader, the World Bank, Cambodia, Dr. Sar Chetra, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery, and as CASDP Director, and CASDP project consultants discussed finance, social and environmental safeguards, finance, procurement, and credit line and the two day-workshop was actively involved by the participants and the discussion went fruitfully.
