នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ លោកបណ្ឌិត សរ ចិត្រា អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងជានាយកគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (CASDP) បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំការងារគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង CASDP ។ លោក ហុក គឹមធួន អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការ និងស្ថិតិ នៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងជាប្រធានគម្រោង CASDP និងតំណាងមកពីក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងបុគ្គលិកគម្រោងទាំងអស់បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំមានគោលបំណងពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពភ្ជាប់ជាមួយកិច្ចអន្តរាគមន៍ និងកំណត់ពីសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់កែទម្រង់រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគម្រោងនាពេលអនាគត ដោយផ្អែកលើតម្រូវការដែលជារបកគំហើញក្នុងពេលអនុវត្តកន្លងមក។
ម៉្យាងវិញទៀត កិច្ចប្រជុំត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង ដែលបានអនុញ្ញាត្តឱ្យទីភ្នាក់ងារអនុវត្ត (IAs) ទាំងអស់បានចែករំលែកបញ្ហាចសំខាន់ៗ និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងពេលអនុវត្ត ដូចជាការស្ថាបនាផ្លូវ ប្រព័ន្ធស្រោចស្រព ការកិច្ចគាំពារសង្គម និងបរិស្ថាន កិច្ចលទ្ធកម្ម និងការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងសកម្មភាពអាទិភាពសំដៅដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមខាងលើ។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ កិច្ចប្រជុំក៏បានពិនិត្យលើប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃដំណើរការគ្រប់គ្រង និងអនុវត្តគម្រោង ជាពិសេសប្រព័ន្ធត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃ ព្រមទាំងបានស្នើនូវអនុសាសន៍មួយចំនួនសម្រាប់កែលម្អផងដែរ។

On 15 May 15 2023, Dr. Sar Chetra, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Director of the Cambodian Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP), led the CASDP Project Management meeting. Mr. Hok Kimthourn, Deputy Director of the Planning and Statistics Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, and as CASDP Manager, a representative from MoWRAM, MEF, MoRD, MAFF, and project staff attended the meeting.
The meeting indented to review progress with the intervention and identify potential future project restructure based on identified vital finding needs.
A project implementation meeting was organized where Implementation Agencies (IAs) shared their main issues and challenges in facilitating CASDP implementation, like road construction, irrigation system, social and environmental safeguards, procurement and financial disbursement, and priority actions to address these issues and challenges.
The meeting also reviewed the effectiveness of the project management and implementation process, especially the monitoring and evaluation system, and proposed recommendations for improvement.
