ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ៖ ថ្ងៃទី០៥ ខែឧសាភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សហគមន៍កសិកម្មបន្លែចំរុះជាយក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណងចំនួន៤០% ជាមួយគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជានៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ នូវហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណង៤០% នៃទុនវិនិយោគសរុប ដើម្បីកែលម្អខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់ផលិតកម្ម និងពង្រីកទំហំផ្គត់ផ្គង់បន្លែសុវត្ថិភាពឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារក្នុងស្រុក និងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពផលិត តាមរយៈការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសដាំដុះ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាក្រោយពេលប្រមូលផល ការកែច្នៃបឋម និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទីផ្សារ។
លោក ហុក គឹមធួន អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការ និងស្ថិតិនៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងជាប្រធានគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា និងលោក ឈៀង តុលា ប្រធានមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ អ្នកស្រី យូ លួន ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសហគមន៍កសិកម្មបន្លែចំរុះជាយក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមធ្វើជាសាក្សីក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានាឱកាសនោះ។ ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាខាងលើបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
អ្នកស្រី យូ លួន តំណាងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មបន្លែចំរុះជាយក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺបានឱ្យដឹងថា កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនៅថ្ងៃនេះបានផ្តល់កំលាំងពលកម្មយ៉ាងហោចណាស់ចំនួន៩៦០នាក់ និងតម្រូវការពលកម្ម៨០នាក់ក្នុងមួយវដ្តផលិតកម្ម ហើយមាន៤វដ្តក្នុង១ឆ្នាំ។ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះដែរក៏នឹងអនុញ្ញាត្តិឱ្យសមាជិកមានលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងស្តីពីការប្រមូលផល ការរៀបចំដី ការដាំដុះ និងការថែទាំជាដើម និងចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់អាហារូបត្ថម្ភ តាមរយៈការផ្គត់ផ្គង់បន្លែចម្រុះមានជីវជាតិគ្រប់គ្រាន់សម្រាប់សុខភាពអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់នៅទីផ្សារគោលដៅ។
លោក ហុក គឹមធួន បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា ប្រសិទ្ធភាពឆ្លើយតបតម្រូវការទីផ្សារ និងខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ កាន់តែមានសារសំខាន់លើសពីការផលិតបន្លែសុវត្ថិភាព ដោយធានាថាកសិករនឹងទទួលបានផលចំណេញដែលជាចំនុចគួរឱ្យទាក់ទាញ សម្រាប់កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ការអនុវត្តកសិកម្មល្អបំផុតមាននិរន្តរភាព តាមរយៈការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលកសិករស្តីពីកសិកម្មល្អបំផុត ការអនុវត្តអាជីវកម្ម និងបរិស្ថាន ព្រមទាំងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។
តាមផែនការ ក្រោយចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរួច សហគមន៍មានលទ្ធភាពដាំដុះបន្លែសុវត្ថិភាពក្នុងបរិមាណជាមធ្យម៦៩០តោនក្នុង១ឆ្នាំ ដើម្បីផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទីផ្សារក្នុងស្រុក និងអាចបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលជាមធ្យមចំនួន៧០០,៣២១ដុល្លារអាមេរិកក្នុង១ឆ្នាំ និងថវិកាចំនួន ១,១២០,៦៥១ ដុល្លារ (ស្មើ ៣៤.១%) សម្រាប់រយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ ក្នុងនោះកម្រិតសមាជិកក្រុមផលិតចំនួន ៨៤៦,៣២២ ដុល្លារអាមេរិក (ស្មើ៥៦%) និង២៧៤,៣២៨ (ស្មើ១២.១%)។ក្រៅពីនេះសមាជិកសហគមន៍មានសមត្ថភាពលើបច្ចេកទេសដាំដុះបន្លែសុវត្ថិភាព បច្ចេកវិទ្យាក្រយពេលប្រមូលផល ការប្រមូលផ្តុំបបន្លែ-ការកែច្នៃបឋម និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទីផ្សារដែលអាចបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលដុលដល់សហគមន៍កសិកម្មជាមធ្យម ៣៩២ ៥៦៧ដុល្លារ។

Preah Vihear: On May 05, 2023, the Banlae Chamros Cheaykrong Kampong Speu Agricultural Cooperative and the Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project, MAFF, jointly signed an agreement of a 40% matching grant as a revolving credit line to improve safe vegetable production chain and improve the skill of agricultural best practice for safe vegetable.
Mr. Hok Kimthourn, Deputy Director of the Planning and Statistics Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, and as CASDP Manager; Mr. Chhieng Tola, Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Kampong Speu province; Mrs. You Luon, Banlae Chamros Cheaykrong Kampong Speu Agricultural Cooperative Board Director, and local authority jointly signed the agreement, which was held at the PDAFF Chbarmon, Kamponh Speu.
Ms. You Loun, a representative of the Banlae Chamros Cheaykrong Kampong Speu, said that today's agreement provided at least 960 workers and 80 workers per production cycle, with four cycles per year. The deal will also allow members access to knowledge on harvesting, land preparation, planting, and care and contribute to the promotion of nutrition through the supply of nutritious vegetables for the health of consumers in the target market.
Mr. Hok Kimthourn stressed that effective demand in the market and the supply chain beyond safe vegetable production is also essential in ensuring that farmers will receive attractive returns for their efforts in using sustainable agricultural best practices, such as a program that trains farmers on best agricultural, business and environmental practices, as well as technology.
According to the plan, after the agreement is signed, the community will be able to grow an average of 690 tons of safe vegetables per year to supply the local market. It can also increase the average annual income of 700,321 USD and 1,120 651 (equivalent to 34.1%) for three years, of which $ 846,322 is for product team level (equal to 56%) and 274,328 (equivalent to 12.1%). Beyond safe vegetable production, the agreement also members to gain knowledge of safe vegetable growing techniques, post-harvest technology, vegetable harvesting, primary processing, and marketing strategies leading to an increase in gross income for the farming community by an average of $ 392,567.
