ក្រោមគម្រោងធ្វើពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជានៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ សហការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានជាមួយធនាគារពិភពលោក សហគមន៍កសិកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានយើងស្ថិតនៅភូមិស្តុកធំ ឃុំតាំងក្រសាំង ស្រុកបាធាយ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម បានដាក់សំណើរពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្ម និងផែនការអាជីវកម្មមកគម្រោង CASDP។ សំណើគម្រោងទទួលបានជោគជ័យ ដោយគម្រោង CASDP យល់ព្រមផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទាន ៤០% នៃការចំណាយសរុបសម្រាប់ទុនវិនិយោគលើសពី១០០,០០០ ដុល្លារ។
នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ២០២២ គម្រោងធ្វើពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្រុកយើងបានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណង (Matching Grant) បំពេញបន្ថែមទុនវិនិយោគសម្រាប់ «ការពង្រីកផលិតកម្មស្លឹកគ្រៃសុវត្ថិភាព និងពង្រីកខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃទីផ្សារមាន់សាច់ពូជក្នុងស្រុក»។ ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅភូមិស្តុកធំ និងចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយលោកស្រី ហ៊ុន សុខឃាង ប្រធានសហគមន៍អភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានយើង និងលោកបណ្ឌិត សរ ចិត្រា តំណាងក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ (MAFF)។
សហគមន៍កសិកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានយើង ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងគាំទ្រសមាជិករបស់ខ្លួនលើការផលិត ការគាំទ្រស្វែងរកទីផ្សារ ការផ្គត់ផ្គង់សម្ភារៈបរិក្ខារកសិកម្ម និងការផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹង និងបច្ចេកទេសដល់សមាជិករបស់ខ្លួន។
គិតត្រឹមខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ សហគមន៍កសិកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានយើងមានសមាជិកសរុប៧២៥ ស្រ្តី៥១២ ដែលនឹងទទួលបានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ពីជំនួយហិរញ្ញប្បទានឥតសំណងចំនួន ៤០% ឬ ស្មើ ១៩៦,៨៤៧ ដុល្លារអាមេរិក ដែលផ្តល់ដោយគម្រោងពិពិធកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តរយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ (២០២២-២០២៥)។

Under the Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries jointly financed with the World Bank, Akphivat Mouldthan Yeung Agricultural Cooperative from Stok Thom Village, Tang Krasang Commune, Batheay District, Kampong Cham provinces submitted an agricultural diversification proposal and business plan to the CASDP. The application was successful and CASDP agrees to finance 40% of the total cost of the capital investment which amounts to over 100.000 USD.
On 17 September 2022, the Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project and Akphivat Mouldthan Yeung Agricultural Cooperative signed the Matching Grant agreement in order to finance investments in “Safe and Fresh Lemongrass Market Expansion” as well as financing increase in production of backyard chicken”. The signing ceremony was jointly organized at the location of Stok Thom Village. The Matching Grant was signed by Ms. Hun Sokheang, Chairman of the Akphivat Moulthan Yeung AC and by Dr. Sar Chetra, Representing MAFF.
The Akphivat Moulthan Yeung cooperative was established to support its members in production, marketing, supplying facilities and agricultural equipment, and providing knowledge and technical know-how to its members.
As of September 2022, the cooperative has 725 members (512 women) who will benefit from the 40% matching grant or USD 196,847 funded by Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project for 3-year implementation (2022-2025).
